Undergraduate/Master’s Students

Other Potential Opportunities for Students and Postdocs
- Rice University Academy of Fellows (RUAF): This is a two-year postdoctoral fellowship open to exceptional scholars who have recently earned the doctoral degree in any area and who want to pursue research with faculty at Rice University. Applications are particularly welcome from those who are interested in interdisciplinary approaches to scholarship. If interested in conducting research under my mentorship, please reach out with your CV and research proposal.
- Rice Sustainability Institute (RSI) Postdoctoral Fellowship: This fellowship designed for individuals eager to develop innovative sustainability solutions relevant to tackling the energy transition, climate change, and other environmental challenges. We welcome applicants from all disciplines and especially encourage collaborative projects with mentors from multiple fields — such as engineering and architecture, social sciences and STEM, or humanities and STEM. Deadline is August 15 of each year.
- Office of Undergraduate Research and Inquiry (OURI): OURI administers a variety of research programs designed for every level to help further your undergraduate research experience.
- Postdoctoral researchers, graduate students, and visitors with external funding in relevant areas are always welcome to reach out.
